We (WNKU) is hosting a one day power drive to raise the money we need to go digital, and we’ve decided we’d make a party out of it complete with games, prizes, food from Mio’s of Mt. Washington and Siam Orchid of Alexandria, and appearances by Richard Julian, Rob Fetters, Vance Gilbert, Jake Speed, Tupelo Honey, Kelly Thomas, Greg Mahan, Ryan Malott of 500 Miles to Memphis, and others.
Stop by between 10am and 8pm to meet your favorite WNKU personalities, hear great music, and most importantly, help WNKU raise $40,000 to go digital! We just might even put YOU on the air. You’ll have an opportunity to record your thoughts about WNKU, your favorite songs, and why you support the station.
And if you can’t be here in person, please give us a call at (859) 572-7897 on Friday, June 20 to make your pledge or go ahead and get it out of the way today by pledging online.
