This will be the ninth installment of the Summer Camp Music Festival and will feature over 50 bands on 4 stages over 3 days, plus onsite camping, late night shows, musician workshops, great food and beer, unique merchandise vending and much, much more. A limited number of 3-Day Early Bird tickets including camping will be $95 and will go on sale Saturday, January 3 at 10 a.m. Once these tickets are gone the price may go up without notice. The Summer Camp Music Festival was started in 2001 at Three Sisters Park in Chillicothe, IL. The first year’s attendance was around 1,000 people and hosted over 20 bands on 2 stages over the course of 2 days. Since that first year, the Summer Camp Music Festival has grown to more than 10,000 attendees, hosting more than 50 bands on 4 stages over 4 days. Almost doubling the population of Chillicothe, IL, for the weekend, the concert attendees also greatly impact the local business economy.
