Discover free fun at MidPoint Indie Summer Music Series on Fountain Square in Cincinnati, OH


CINCINNATI, Ohio (May 11, 2010) – This summer, MPMF is T.G.I.F. While the MidPoint Music Festival happens in September, organizers collaborate during the summer with Cincinnati’s Fountain Square to put on a series of Friday night concerts showcasing hot, emerging acts. The shows are part of the larger PNC concert series.

Fourteen Fridays belong to MidPoint Indie Summer, where fans can expect the same caliber of emerging talent playing at the festival. This year MidPoint upped the ante with it’s biggest group of headliners yet.

Sales of discounted 3-day passes to the festival start June 4 at the first Indie Summer event. In addition to access to every festival showcase, 3-day-pass holders will have exclusive access to The Secret Show, organized with Secret Cincinnati. The location should be a major surprise for people who frequent Downtown entertainment.

Along with the return of great music to Fountain Square will be another MidPoint feature fans may remember from last year.
