After the success of his 40+ dates with The Expendables and Iration, CISCO ADLER will hit the road again with a short Northeast run with Aer and Mod Sun, followed by a 21-date Road Trippin’ tour with Mod Sun, Tayyib Ali and Pat Brown. (See below for full tour itinerary.) After years of producing and writing hit songs, and singing his signature hooks for the likes of Shwayze, Mike Posner, Mickey Avalon, Yelawolf, Wiz Khalifa, G. Love, Unwritten Law, and Lil Jon, CISCO ADLER dropped his first solo album, Aloha, in late October 2012 on his Malibu-based indie label, Bananabeat Records.
The album was produced and engineered by ADLER and mixed by Shane Stoner. It followed the July digital only release of his 6-song summer EP of the same name, featuring songs that blend pop, rock, reggae, and hip-hop with a laid-back summer – and post-summer afterglow – island vibe. The EP was one of iTunes’ Top 10 Pop Albums, and the first single, “You’re A Fool,” featuring G. Love (of G. Love & The Special Sauce), was highlighted as iTunes’ “Free Single of the Week,” which received over 270k downloads.

Since the immediate success of the first single, ADLER released audio and videos for “Boom Boom Boom,” featuring reggae legend Don Carlos and G-Eazy, and “California in the Winter,” which is currently featured on VEVO http://vevo.ly/Ub8H8b.

CISCO ADLER is quite an entrepreneur, creating and spearheading his Bananabeat lifestyle brand. Bananabeat is a lifestyle collective rather than a label. It strives to make collaborative, career-defining works of art to help expose underground talent to the masses.

With that comes a bit of scouting through different media channels for up-and-coming artists. “Mod Sun and I  met via Twitter and other social networks where he had been hitting me up for a year or two,” said ADLER. “I started to keep an eye on him. The first collaborative step was a trip to Malibu for Mod to get in the studio. We ended up with ‘Jam On,’ which was a standout on Mod’s highly regarded Blazed By The Bell mixtape.” After Mod Sun’s stint on the 2012 Vans Warped Tour, the duo teamed up again for Mod Sun’s new EP, in addition to the collaboration on one of ADLER’s Aloha tracks, “Tha Good Life.” “Mod Sun and I got in the studio with our friend Pat Brown and wrote and recorded the #HappyAsFuck EP, which hit the Top 10 on the iTunes Hip-Hop Charts and gave the world the title track and other standouts like ‘Stoner Girl’ and ‘Stop Everything You’re Doing Right Now and Smile,’” said ADLER. “Now we get to hit the road together and bring the goodness to a town near you!”

Included on the Road Trippin’ lineup is another emerging artist, Tayyib Ali, out of Philadelphia, PA, that ADLER is currently working with in the studio. “Tayyib has been showing up at my shows for years, then started opening them, and is now a national buzzing artist in his own right, with the classic mixtape Keystone State Of Mind,” said ADLER. Tayyib and CISCO came together on a one-off single called “Ride With Us” that exploded virally with hundreds of thousands of views. The response led to another collaboration, Tayyib’s debut EP. “I had obviously done the ‘I sing the hook, and you rap’ thing with Shwayze, but this is different,” said ADLER. “This collaboration was a melding of culture. Tayyib and I are from different sides of the map and came together because of our mutual love for music, culture, art, and life. Tayyib booked a one-way flight and wasn’t leaving until we finished. Hence the name of his EP, #OneWay – straight to the top, no return flight!”

Both Tayyib Ali and Pat Brown will perform on select Road Trippin’ tour dates. For constant updates on the tour, please visit, www.bananabeat.com.
