CINCINNATI – The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra celebrates the King of Pop on April 7 at 7 p.m. with “Music of Michael Jackson.” The final concert in this season’s Pops REMIX series, this one-night-only performance features all the hits of one of the most successful recording artists in history. James Delisco, who gained fame as the winner of the E! Network reality show, The Entertainer, offers his vocals and dance moves to these familiar hit songs which gain a whole new life when bathed in the Pops orchestration. Conductor Brent Havens takes the Music Hall podium and leads the Orchestra in such tunes as “Rock with You,” “I Want You Back,” “Billie Jean,” and, of course, “Thriller.”

Ticketholders are invited to dine at Music Hall prior to this performance. The Pops Prelude Dinner is only $40 per person (including tax and gratuity) and includes a seated banquet style dinner in the Critic’s Club catered by The Phoenix.

The Cincinnati Pops is grateful to Artist Sponsor Towers Watson. The Pops Series Presenting Sponsor is PNC. The ArtsWave partner company for this performance is Duke Energy.

James Delisco, vocalist
Crowned “The Entertainer” by Mr. Las Vegas/Wayne Newton himself, on the E! Network’s reality TV series The Entertainer, James Delisco has proved he is more than worthy of that title. After completing his $1 million contract at the Las Vegas Hilton, where his show opened to rave reviews, “Delisco” continues to obtain critical acclaim in every market and venue on his recent world-wide tour.
