Good Gravy

Having just put the finishing touches on a brand new album with Nat Keefe (Hot Buttered Rum), Good Gravy is hitting the road for their first midwest tour in more than a year, with stops in three of the five member’s hometowns.

Somewhere around 2007 all five band members met in Ft. Collins, CO, where their connection to each other through music seemed to happen overnight. Frontman Jeremy Page coming from Chicago, mandolin player Ross Montgomery by way of Columbus, bassist Evan Brenton from Des Moines, drummer Nick Deyo from Harrisburg, and percussionist Kyle VanBuskirk hailing from the Colorful State itself, the quintet was quickly producing barn burners and fueling the late night parties in the college town.

In 2011 they were voted “Best Jam Band” of Ft. Collins, and just a few short years later they’ve grown to be one of Colorado’s most vibrant live acts. 2013 has seen them tour the west coast three times, record their sophomore album, and headline some of the most prestigious stages Colorado has to offer. “It’s time to get back and play some shows for our family and friends” says Page of the upcoming Midwest run…”get back to our roots.”

With an album’s worth of new material to share, and a tireless appetite for the road, the Gravy train is set to cook hotter than ever this winter. Better grab your dancin’ shoes.
