CINCINNATI – The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra presents Lollipops Family Concert, Circus of Sounds on Saturday, January 25 at majestic Music Hall. The concert, geared towards children and families, includes music reminiscent of the big-top, as well as entertainment featuring jugglers, clowns and more. Conductor John Morris Russell, respected worldwide for his educational programming, and the Pops will bring audiences sounds of the circus, with selections from Saint- Saëns’ Carnival of the Animals and other works by Brahms, Sibelius, Tchaikovsky and more.

Pre-concert activities, including crafts, performances and the ever-popular “instrument petting zoo,” begin at 9:30 a.m. Single tickets ($7/child, $12/adult) are available by contacting the Pops Box Office. Family subscriptions (which include Lollipops Family Concerts on March 29, 2014 as well as options to add on other family-friendly performances) are also still available.
