Kung Fu just announced their SPRING TOUR. The funk fusion outfit has had an exciting start to the year which included supporting Moe. at the Capitol Theatre for a SOLD OUT show for their return to the stage after a 1 year hiatus and a Telekunken NAMM Afterparty in Anaheim CA on a hotel rooftop overlooking Disneyland’s Space Mountian, where a multitude of guests joined the band including Taz, Living Colour’s Doug Wimbish and voice effect artist, Michael Winslow, of Police Academy/Spaceballs fame.
The band shows no signs of slowing down as they launch into an exciting Spring Tour. Kung Fu starts off in Upstate NY with a couple headlining shows as well as supporting Twiddle at Stratton Mountain VT. Next up is a run in the Southeast which brings the band back to Asheville NC, a very unique event at Southbound Brewing Company and a Free Outdoor performance in Jacksonville FL at Salt Life Music Festival. March rounds off with another festival play in NY, Rock And Roll Resort, followed by a Lettuce Afterparty in Covington KY and a headlining return to Chicago IL. April brings the band to Florida for 2 nights in Key West followed by BiscuitFest in Boca Raton which features 2 nights of Kung Fu, Edwin McCain, Yes Darling, John Popper/DJ Logic and more. The tour rounds out in May > early June with headlining performances in Boston MA and Brooklyn NY as well as a return to Summer Camp Music Festival.
