Noah Smith hails from Brown County, Ohio and comes from a hard working family who through the years built a thirst for the open road and the craftsmanship of song. That craftsmanship is evident in “Time Only Runs One Way.”
“I wrote this song on a retreat in White Fish, Montana with Blue Foley, Cheley Tackett, and Chad Wilson. We had a deep dive session of emotions and stories and this song has a little piece of all of us in the story. After our writing session, I disappeared into a field for about an hour and stared at the Big Sky and literally thanked GOD because I believed he gave us a song that day. That’s part of the process for me. I’m grateful for it all. We show up and carve and craft and put the work in and eventually a song shows up. There’s no magic. It’s just the truth, and ‘Time Only Runs One Way’ is nothing but that…truth.” – Noah Smith

“I have been focused on making things everyday. New ideas, new songs, new cities, new creative offerings for my fans, new pieces of my business, and career. I will have more music coming in 2021 but for now it’s about getting back in the van and getting back out there to remind folks that we are still here, there’s more to come, and they ain’t seen nothing yet.”
